If you follow our social media, you should know that we have been promoting the launching of the UMP Indian Alumni Portal event since the beginning of April. Our original idea to launch the portal was to do a physical event where we could interact and network with our alumni but due Covid outbreak, we had to quickly adapt and adjust to a virtual and small-scale launching event while maintaining social distancing.
We would like to thank our committee members for being a part of this amazing journey. We have been working on establishing UIAA since 2019 and the idea to reconnect with our alumni around the world has always been the main goal. We genuinely believe that the portal will assist us to further reach out to our alumni no matter where they are.
We encourage you to explore all the features UIAA Alumni Wesbite has to offer, to stay connected with us and eventually we hope the portal can ease your alumni lifelong journey and to further support you, personally and professionally. Since we could not bring all UMP Indian Alumni home, think of this as this way: we bring you, your ‘home’. Be it on your desktop, or your mobile devices. We believe that the UIAA Website will house– a network of alumni around the world that we all will be proud of.

I consider it an honour to be the Advisor of the Indian Alumni Association of the Universiti Malaysia Pahang (UMP), as the UIAA is very special to me, having had a very long wait and dreamt about it.
